237 Global is a tech, services, and VIP company focused on super‑serving fans of musicians, athletes, and influencers.

As a leading creator tech business focused on revolutionizing the way A‑list celebrities engage with their fans, 237 Global curates both virtual and in‑person VIP experiences for their clients, as well as develops custom apps for creators, artists, and athletes. 237 Global is accepting applications for VIP Experience Department Interns for the Fall 2025 semester. This position is currently offered in‑person in our New York City office.

Interns will assist our VIP Experiences Department with day‑to‑day tasks related to live events and concerts, with a focus on program design, ticketing, execution and settlement. The program will include weekly learning sessions that will inform a semester‑long project to be presented to the department at the conclusion of the program.

Pay: $500/month stipend + College Credit if applicable.

Internship Duties
  • Assist with execution of VIP events
  • Proofread documents and communications as needed
  • Check ticket links during presales and onsales
  • Create and update checklists and grids pertaining to upcoming events
  • Pull VIP counts and monitor sales
  • Help ideate, create and proofread artist‑specific proposals
  • Gather data on up‑and‑coming artists for the company
  • Assist with customer service inquiries as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Ability to be in office for tasks at least 15 hours/week
  • Strong knowledge of Google Apps & Microsoft Office
  • Ability to solve problems proactively
  • Ready to be part of a fast paced team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for Music and/or Entertainment as a whole
Additional Skills
  • Experience with entertainment venue box offices, promoters, booking agencies, or artist managers
  • Expertise in digital marketing, from having advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite to preparing/executing social media rollouts, and updating Word Press CMS
