Seeking Touring Company Managers and Assistants

Big League Productions (BLP) seeks Company Manager and Assistant Company Manager submissions for the upcoming 2026/2027 national touring season. BLP touring productions include MYSTIC PIZZA: THE MUSICAL, A CHRISTMAS STORY, and LEGALLY BLONDE.

• Booking/coordinating travel, ground transportation and housing for a touring company of 40+
• Processing weekly payroll with the GM, including reimbursements and royalty/union reporting
• Settling nightly with the venue’s box office and compiling weekly financial settlements
• Overseeing house seats and inventory management
• Being a main liaison for workers comp claims
• Assisting with company events, parties
• Ensuring and maintaining a positive company morale
• Other duties as assigned

BLP seeks strong team players, with the ability to work well under pressure. Attention to detail is also of utmost importance.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous touring experience, while not mandatory, is preferred.
• A valid US driver's license is required.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull 100 lbs, stand for extended periods of time (3+ hours), navigate multiple levels of stairs.

All tours will play a mixture of one-week engagements, split-weeks, and one-night performances. Mystic Pizza and Legally Blonde also have a few layoff weeks sprinkled throughout the itinerary.

  September 21-27, 2026 (Elmira, NY)
• National Tour:
  September 2026 – April 2027
• Additional bookings possible.

• Rehearsals Start on or around:
  October 20, 2026 (NYC)
• Tech/Previews:
  November 9-15, 2026 (Elmira, NY)
• National Tour:
  November 2026 – December 2026

• Rehearsals Start on or around:
  December 11, 2026 (NYC)
• Tech/Previews:
  January 11-21, 2027 (Cerritos, CA)
• National Tour:
  January 2027 – May 2027
• Additional bookings possible.

• Manager positions start at $1,100/wk (increasing with experience)
• Assistant positions start at $950/wk (increasing with experience)
• Hotel and per diem provided on the road.
