Shipping Manifestor

• Flexibility:
  Be able to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Time Management:
  Be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet the demands of a busy retail environment
• Prepare and verify shipping manifests, bills of lading, and related documentation for all outgoing shipments
• Cross‑check cargo details (weight, dimensions, and contents) against purchase orders
• Coordinate with coordinators and the management team to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records for compliance and auditing purposes
• Use shipping and inventory management software such as Status of Sends and Fed Ex to track and update shipment statuses
• Flag and resolve discrepancies quickly to prevent delays or compliance issues

• Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with shipping documentation, customs requirements, and freight terminology
• Proficiency with shipping software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and the ability to work independently
