Events Manager

The Events Manager plays a critical role on campus, collaborating with multiple teams to coordinate selected performances, lectures, panels, and other events, ensuring high artistic and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intake, process, and manage event requests in campus venues.
  • Collaborate with departments to organize events within operational resources.
  • Identify and anticipate event requirements, developing solutions for success.
  • Create production plans, schedule walk‑throughs, and communicate event details.
  • Act as primary point of contact between the producing entity and relevant teams.
  • Manage logistics for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Schedule and lead meetings with stakeholders to maintain standards of excellence.
  • Identify potential risks, reporting them to supervisors for mitigation.
  • Attend all assigned performances and events to support and assess strategy.
  • Gather and analyze post‑event feedback to inform future events.
Minimum Requirements

Salary

The annual salary range for this role is $75,000–78,000.
