AEA Day Off:
Mondays (showcase approval pending) FEE: $3000 stipend in 3 installments of $1000

The Production Stage Manager/PM is responsible for organising, communicating, and coordinating artistic and technical elements from rehearsals to performances. Key duties include, but are not limited to:
Pre-Production and Rehearsals:
Prompt Book:
Creating a master document containing scripts, blocking notes, tech cues, and set changes.
Communication:
Distributing rehearsal and performance reports and daily calls to cast and crew.
Scheduling:
Setting up rehearsals, fittings, and managing actor attendance; finalising and updating the production calendar and contact sheet.
Coordinating production meetings, ordering materials, working with designers, reporting to the producer and adhering to the budget.
Rehearsal Setup:
Preparing the space, taping the floor, and managing props.
Technical Rehearsals and Performances:
Calling the Show:
Calling light, sound, and scene change cues during performances.
Backstage Management:
Supervising technical crews and managing backstage activity.
Show Integrity:
Ensuring the show runs as the director intended, maintaining the artistic vision.
Safety and Risk Assessment:
Conducting fight calls and maintaining a safe environment.
Documentation and Logistics:
Performance Reports:
Sending reports after each show documenting run times, attendance, and technical issues.
Prop/Set Maintenance:
Monitoring props, furniture, and scenery during the run. Noting in the report if any repairs, replacements, or consumables are needed.
