Food & Beverage Associate

Crafty elevates workplace food and beverage programs through an innovative, centralized platform. Founded in 2015, our mission is to help companies craft better workplaces.

New York, New York. Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in‑office Concierge pantry program. They lead client‑site execution daily, supporting merchandising, inventory management, and equipment upkeep.

• Merchandising:
  Own office kitchens and pantries, perform expiration checks, rotate products.
• Customer Service:
  Engage with clients and Crafty teammates onsite, delivering high‑quality service.
• Maintenance & Inventory:
  Perform routine machine maintenance, quality control, and inventory task lists.
• Communication:
  Escalate needs or safety concerns to manager and complete pre/post route paperwork.

• Task Ownership:
  Complete daily task lists with 95% shift success, measured via Tableau.
• Quality Control:
  Maintain ≥95% on all QC checks quarterly.
• Client Satisfaction:
  Support all client requests weekly with manager/site point of contact.

Compensation: $24 per hour (adjusted by cost of living, experience). Inclusive benefits:
