US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Proactively circulate among patrons to ensure high level of customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and provide expert instruction on safe use of facilities and equipment;
Spearhead planning, publicity, and execution of special events, social activities, and tournaments, coordinating all logistical support for successful functions;
Provide hands-on patron assistance by demonstrating new equipment, teaching instructional classes, and managing the equipment checkout process;
Act as a key point of contact and guide within the facility, offering information, resolving issues, and providing work guidance to other staff members to maintain a service-oriented environment
