NBAT2 is redefining basketball culture at the intersection of gaming, entertainment, and digital experiences. We exist off the court, inside the culture, bringing fans into the action in ways never seen before. From high-energy digital content to real-world activations, we’re building a new kind of entertainment brand where gaming isn’t just part of the experience—it is the experience.

We are looking for a hands‑on video producer who lives and breathes gaming, has deep knowledge of NBA 2K, and understands how to create viral, interactive content experiences. You will sit at the center of gaming and content, making sure NBAT2 leads the charge in innovative, fan‑driven engagement.

• Oversee end‑to‑end content creation for You Tube‑first gaming formats featuring NBA 2K and other video games, including ideating new concepts that align with our brand and content strategy.
• Oversee pre‑production, filming, and post‑production, and collaborate with the social team on release strategy.
• Work closely with the Head of Talent and the talent team to produce new digital formats featuring external talent, including NBA players, creators, and celebrities.
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategies based on audience engagement data.
• Stay up to date on trends in the gaming content space, ensuring that NBAT2 is plugged into larger conversations and remains at the cutting edge of gaming‑focused entertainment.

• 5+ years producing You Tube videos, preferably in the gaming space.
• Deep knowledge of NBA 2K.
• Strong understanding of You Tube algorithms, SEO, and analytics.
• Proficiency in camera equipment, video production, and editing software (Adobe Premiere, etc.).
• Ability to write compelling scripts and develop creative video concepts.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Passion for digital media, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Preferred:
  Candidates based in NYC; open to candidates in Los Angeles.

$53–$70 per hour.
