Are you an experienced gaming professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? We're looking for a dynamic
Pit Manager to lead our Table Games team, drive operational excellence, and create memorable guest experiences every day.

As a key member of our casino leadership team, you'll oversee pit operations, coach and develop team members, ensure regulatory compliance, and help create the exciting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

What You'll Do Create Exceptional Guest Experiences
  • Deliver outstanding service to both guests and team members.
  • Foster a fun, engaging, and welcoming gaming environment.
  • Build relationships with new and returning guests, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally, fairly, and efficiently.
Lead and Develop Your Team
  • Provide hands‑on leadership and support to dealers and frontline team members.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance and service goals.
  • Ensure team members understand expectations, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with department leadership on performance evaluations, recognition, coaching, and corrective action when needed.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Drive Operational Excellence
  • Maintain a strong and visible presence on the casino floor.
  • Monitor table game operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and game integrity.
  • Track fills, credits, jackpots, bankrolls, cards, dice, and pit inventory.
  • Ensure all gaming paperwork and shift documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor games for irregularities and take appropriate action when necessary.
  • Coordinate with departments across the property to deliver seamless guest service.
Ensure Compliance & Integrity
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of gaming regulations, internal controls, and Title 31 requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and New York State Gaming Commission regulations.
  • Verify jackpot documentation, tax forms, and operational records are completed accurately.
  • Communicate operational updates, promotions, and policy changes to team members.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3–5 years of casino gaming leadership or management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of table games operations, procedures, and gaming regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
  • Working knowledge of Title 31 requirements and casino compliance standards.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Leadership Experience

Successful candidates will have experience with:

  • Hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Scheduling and directing daily operations.
  • Performance management and employee development.
  • Conflict resolution and problem‑solving.

  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, crouch, and navigate the casino floor.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Must possess close, distance, peripheral, and color vision necessary to monitor gaming operations.
