Virtual Event Coordinator Job Duties

• Overall event management for a suite of globally focused virtual events.
• Pre-program planning and process management
• Risk assessment and management
• Concept/Idea generation
• Internal and external client and vendor management
• Attendee Management
• Budget preparation and contract negotiation
• The driver of weekly planning meetings for assigned program or workstream
• Works to complete Event Plans; conducting needs analysis, establish for implementation, identifying key objectives, ancillary event plans, timelines, assigns and manages work provided by contributors as needed for successful event execution.
• Manage various internal stakeholders and vendor teams responsible for various functional areas of each event.
• Lead resource for driving the virtual execution plan development.
• Be in lock-step with other workstream leads to make sure participating working and attending staff have all they need to be successful
• Measure the impact and results.
• Evaluate program progress and results against defined metrics.
• Create or reengineer processes, resources, and/or structure to gain productivity and other program improvements.
