Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

As a Catering Coordinator supporting a premier corporate dining program in New York, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and the event team, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience. You will manage client inquiries across all aspects of catering and event planning, coordinate event logistics, and ensure seamless communication among clients, culinary teams, and operational stakeholders.

• Plan and execute the operational elements of all specialty events.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal departments.
• Remain on site for all special events to ensure client expectations are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as the business demands.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
• Ability to operate a web-based ordering system, process customer requests, make changes to orders, update menus, and maintain client profiles.
• Ability to write professional and efficient emails to clients and customers.
