At Good Rec
, we want to connect people to their favorite sports, no matter where they are.

As a Good Rec Host
, you will lead your community and ensure we always bring quality games. Hosts are a huge part of what makes Good Rec special!

Be a part and help grow the biggest community of pickup games in the USA and Canada.

Hosts play for free in any Good Rec game they are hosting.

This is NOT a paid position.

Must be 18+ years old.

Only apply if you have done your "Trial Host" game before.

Only apply if you are able to host a recurring game on a weekly basis.

We are looking for:

• Selfless players who truly care about making every game a great experience.
• Someone who makes sure everyone arrives feeling welcomed and leaves having enjoyed a quality game.
• People who love the game and want to spread that energy among players.
• Those who are driven to create and foster a positive, inclusive community.
• Leaders with excellent communication skills (fluent in English).
