• Verify gaming table transactions and monitor gameplay integrity in assigned areas
• Inspect cards, chips, and gaming equipment prior to play to ensure compliance and quality standards
• Monitor all poker games for suspicious or irregular activity and respond appropriately when necessary
• Track and monitor player rating activity, including average bets and length of play, ensuring accurate player data entry into the Casino Management System
• Open and close games while verifying table counts provided by Dealers
• Support Dealers through coaching, guidance, and operational assistance during live gameplay
• Interview, hire, train, mentor, and evaluate Poker Room Dealers
• Plan, assign, and direct work while maintaining a positive and productive team environment
• Address associate concerns, resolve operational issues, and support a culture of accountability and teamwork

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of experience dealing in a high-volume Class III casino environment required
• Strong knowledge of NYS Gaming Commission regulations and casino operational procedures
• Knowledge of basic strategy and rules for all supervised games
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and coach team members effectively while maintaining gaming integrity
• Strong business acumen and computer proficiency
• Ability to accurately monitor and enter player information into the Casino Management System
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and guest-focused in a fast-paced casino environment

• Directly supervise Poker Room Dealers on a daily basis
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, coaching, discipline, and conflict resolution

• Casino operations run 7 days a week between 9 AM and 3 AM
• Night, weekend, and holiday availability is required
