Under direct supervision, is responsible for maintaining the safety and satisfaction of residents and guests within his/her assigned building

• Monitors access to the property and checks for valid identification.
• Greets all residents and guests upon entry. Announces and registers guests. Monitors the arrival and departure of vendors or contractors.
• Ensures that the Concierge Desk is secured at all times.
• Receives, sorts and distributes mail; accepts and signs for package deliveries.
• Ensures safety of residents. Responds to emergency situations and regulates unauthorized activity. Escalates issues as needed.
• Troubleshoots and resolves resident complaints.
• Coordinates move-in and move-out activities.
• Maintains a log of shift activity. Escalates any issues or concerns.
• Provides supervision of the porter staff when directed.

• Prior door person or front desk experience is preferred.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings and/or late nights
