Summary
The full-time, year-long Arts Management Fellowship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in line producing while working across multiple departments at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts (LCPA). The Arts Fellow/Project Manager will play a vital role in both executing performances and supporting strategic partnerships. Reporting to the Director, Festival Programming, the fellow will join a dynamic team of accomplished Producers and take the lead on advancing and executing performances, ensuring all elements are in place to realize the artist’s vision.
In addition, the Fellow will support the Director, Festival Programming in the planning and execution of the West Initiative and Summer for the City 2027, working closely with community and artistic partners to develop participatory projects and maintain strong, ongoing engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings a strong interest in line producing, project management, partnership development, and audience engagement; a commitment to equity and principled thinking; a passion for the performing arts; and a drive to contribute to bold, innovative work that helps shape a more vibrant and inclusive cultural landscape in New York City.

EligibilityRequirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years’ experience in related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in the performing arts, ideally in event producing, general management, or production.
- A solution‑minded approach when faced with challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results‑driven department/organization.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
- Proactive and execution‑oriented, with a strong bias for action.
- Work style that can integrate effectively within a team environment and handle various personality types and working styles.
- A drive to get things done within the stipulated timeframe.
- Able to work in a highly collaborative atmosphere and within a team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey ideas.
- Ability to, and willingness to work evenings and weekends, and a robust schedule indoors and outdoors during summer months.
