We are seeking a Sr. Coordinator, Paramount+ Global Programming for a 13-month contract.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Paramount+ Global Programming, this role supports Global and Local teams in the execution of programming strategy. The position focuses on tracking and distributing critical components of programming strategy across the company and maintaining key planning documents.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for content and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities- Enter global content schedules into content management systems and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Maintain and distribute internal planning calendars while partnering with global and regional teams on schedule changes
- Manage merchandising and curation requests related to metadata, thematic tagging, and featured platform placements through Airtable and JIRA workflows
- Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and Curation teams to ensure content launches are properly prioritized and presented
- Support weekly and quarterly business presentations for the Global Programming team
- Coordinate with Legal and Rights Management teams to track content rights and restrictions
- Assist with obtaining creative materials for upcoming projects
- Support ad hoc projects and business requests
- Contribute to the execution of editorial and programming strategies that drive audience engagement and growth
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in content planning, content curation, program scheduling, content strategy, streaming, and/or linear television
- Experience using content management systems and program scheduling tools
- Experience with project management tools
- Strong proficiency with Airtable, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of television and streaming consumption trends
- Familiarity with scheduling and programming strategies
- Experience with WON scheduling tools
- Experience using JIRA
- Prior entertainment, media, streaming, or television industry experience
