About the Role

Are you a master of registration and attendee management for corporate events? Join our team as an Attendee Data Manager, a critical role ensuring events run smoothly. You will work closely with clients and teams to deliver unforgettable experiences while maintaining attendee participation data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the online registration process for assigned events, ensuring data integrity and reporting using event technology databases and Excel.
  • Manage attendee registration with precision and flair.
  • Handle registrant inquiries via email and phone, ensuring customer service excellence.
  • Participate as a proactive member of the event logistics planning team, providing solutions for customers and attendees.
  • Navigating complex event logistics such as accommodations, travel and registration with ease.
What You Bring
  • Strong experience managing event registration in Cvent
    .
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Commitment to data integrity and quality control checks.
  • Leadership of projects, adherence to timelines and ability to adjust to curveballs.
  • Workload management and expectation setting skills.
  • Critical thinking, emotional intelligence and collaborative communication.
Qualifications
  • 1‑3 years of experience in event registration using the Cvent platform.
  • Hands‑on experience in managing room blocks and travel with vendors.
  • Hospitality industry experience or knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Cvent is a must; attendee hub or other event management platforms is a plus.
Location & Travel
  • This is an on‑site position in New York, NY for at least 4 days a week (Monday‑Thursday).
  • Occasional travel is required.
  • Travel expectations: 25% to 50%.
