What will you do?

As a Student Associate, you will be part of the Student Associate Program designed to develop talent and create future leaders. You will gain valuable experience throughout your career by working with employees from MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports, and Sphere. Additionally, you will have access to executive speaker series, mentorship, career development workshops, and social events.

What do you need to succeed?
  • Model strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize.
  • Interact and communicate with various levels, internal or external, through verbal and written communication.
  • Possess a passion for the entertainment, sports, and media industry.
  • Conduct oneself professionally and act in accordance with company’s values, culture, and policies.
  • Demonstrate self‑motivation and desire to take responsibility for personal growth and career development.
  • Desire to learn new technologies and support research, analysis and problem solving using a variety of tools and techniques.
Requirements
  • Must be available to work 21–35 hours per week (3–5 business days) in‑person.
  • Must be available to work part‑time or full‑time from October 2026 – April 2027.
  • Must be enrolled as a junior, senior, or graduate student for Fall
    2026.
  • Must have a GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on site.

Hourly Pay Range: $22.50–$28.50
