Valvoline Instant Oil Change is currently looking for Assistant Managers. $20.00 to start $21.00 to start with a NY York State Inspectors license.

• Under the direction of a Service Center Manager (SCM), an AM assists in various aspects of customer care, facility maintenance and merchandising activities.
• Ensures equipment is in proper working order and housekeeping standards are being met.
• Follows all policies/procedures related to point of sale (POS) transactions, inventory integrity, reverse logistics, cash, credit, checks, refunds and return policies.
• Works with the management team to react to customer service issues, guest complaints, and/or business opportunities.
• Drives sales goals for service center operation, through personal engagement with guests and by observing/coaching fellow team members on their customer interactions.
• Assists in monitoring productivity, workflow and procedures with an emphasis on efficiency, thoroughness and safety in the service center.
• Effectively communicates with all team members, management, and customers.
• In the absence of any management, the AM will act as the primary supervisor for the service center, observing/coordinating operational activities.
• Key holder responsible for basic and detailed opening/closing responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
