Emerging Talent Associate Program – Fall 2026

The Emerging Talent Associate (ETA) is a paid internship program that gives students hands‑on experience in the music industry. The semester‑long program matches interns to departments based on interest and qualifications.

• Location: Within the United States; must have housing and transportation in the designated city
• Credits: Internship credit available for academic credit

• Engage in day‑to‑day operations of assigned department
• Participate in strategic meetings and contribute ideas to drive global success
• Help solve key business issues and offer perspectives on improvement
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project objectives
• Attend professional development workshops, industry insight sessions, and complete the ETA Capstone Project

• Minimum 18years old by August
  31,2026
• U.S. resident for the duration of the program with access to local housing and transportation
• Self‑starter with genuine curiosity about WMG’s business
• Availability to commit to a 20–25 hour work week
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective problem‑solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge and passion for the music industry
• Leadership experience on or off campus (preferred)
• Professional goals aligned with WMG’s core values and business objectives (preferred)
