Role OverviewAs an Events Assistant
, you’ll play a key role in Rinse+Repeat’s live events, ensuring clear communication and coordination between venues, artists, and our team. From planning to execution, you’ll help with logistical coordination, smooth on‑site operations, and creating a positive experience for everyone involved. Think of it as a mix of artist liaison and event management. You’ll need to be sociable, organized, professional, and passionate about dance music, with a flexible attitude toward late hours.

- Assist with event planning, coordination, and on‑site execution.
- SERVE AS the MAIN POINT OF CONTACT between Rinse+Repeat and THE VENUE.
- Advance event details with the venue and support logistics for venue, artist, and guest coordination.
- Contribute to ANY post‑event reporting and follow‑up tasks.
- Lead communication WITH artists, from INITIAL outreach and booking to post‑event follow‑up.
- Advance event details with artists, coordinating things like travel, accommodations, and scheduling.
- Oversee artist check‑in, sound‑checks, and hospitality on‑site.
- Ensure clear communication between artists, venues, and production teams.
- Highly sociable, detail‑oriented, and PERFORM WELL under pressure.
- A VERY strong communicator with a natural ability to read the room and connect with people
. - Passionate about the emerging dance music scene and knowledgeable about its niche subcultures (MAINLY LA AND NY).
- Experienced and interested in artist relations, hospitality, and event production.
- MUST BE A proactive self‑starter.
