Location: New York
Emerging Talent Associate (ETA) – Fall 2026
Warner Music Group is looking for Emerging Talent Associates for its paid internship program, designed to give hands‑on experience in the music industry.
Program Overview- Semester‑long paid internship (August – November 2026).
- Hourly wage $17.00–$18.42.
- 20–25 hours per week, with internship credit for academic students.
- Participate in strategic meetings and support day‑to‑day operations of the assigned department.
- Analyze and help solve key business issues.
- Contribute ideas and perspectives to advance Warner Music Group’s global success.
- Engage in Professional Development Workshops, Industry Insights sessions, and complete the Emerging Talent Associate Capstone Project.
- Minimum age 18 by August 31, 2026.
- Resident of the United States for the program duration.
- Have access to housing and transportation in the designated city.
- Self‑starter with genuine curiosity for the music business.
- Able to commit to 20–25 hours per week.
- Professional goals aligned with Warner Music Group’s core values.
- Knowledge and passion for music business units.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
- Leadership experience on or off campus (preferred).
- Business & Legal Affairs (reserved for law students).
- Creative (requires creative portfolio).
- Environmental, Social, and Governance (Hybrid – New York, NY).
- Global Commercial Services (Hybrid – Nashville, TN / New York, NY / Los Angeles, CA).
- Global Marketing (Hybrid – New York, NY).
- Hourly salary $17.00–$18.42.
- Internship credit for academic students.
