Repair Specialist

We are seeking a Repair Coordinator to join our location in the Americana Manhasset.

• Serves as primary liaison between customers, sales associates and repair team.
• Processes customer jewelry and watch repairs; works with vendors regarding repair issues.
• Communicates instructions for servicing and enters information into the POS system; evaluates items condition and clearly identifies necessary repairs.
• Maintains organized inventory repair reports and reviews repair tickets for correct invoicing

• Strong customer service and computer skills.
• Knowledge of watches and basic jewelry metals, gemstones, etc.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, weekends and holidays

• Full-time
• $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.)
