Job Title: Seasonal Part-Time Resident Relations Specialist (Inspector)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly

- Inspect and manage upwards of 20+ occupied apartments daily to identify any maintenance issues, verify data on the apartment, and ensure that NYC Local Laws are upheld.
- Follow up and track all HPD‑related complaints and violations for both apartments and common spaces in the buildings, coordinating repairs to get things done efficiently.
- Work as a team and manage your time effectively in the field.
- Report inspection findings during the workday using tracking software programs for accountability.
- Serve as an example of excellent customer service, delivering on our core value to “Be a Good Neighbor.”
- Schedule and coordinate inspections of apartments, corresponding with residents about items in their apartment that need to be changed due to the lease terms.
- Respond and close assigned customer service cases, responding to resident questions and complaints.
- Willingness and empathy for residents in need.
- Use multiple technology platforms to effectively conduct job responsibilities.
- Provide professional interactions with residents, employees, trades people, and construction teams daily.
- Basic Understanding (1-3 years) of property management or hospitality experience.
- Frequently requires at least 3-5 miles of walking per day on our 80‑acre property.
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Hourly Rate: $23.50
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
