Job Title
Watkins Glen International is seeking individuals with customer service experience that are friendly, reliable, highly motivated, and a team player to join the Gate Operations team for the 2026 event season.
Seeking Overnight Staff, please mention if interested. Hours would require applicant to work NASCAR and IMSA event weekends, 11:00PM - 7:00 AM.
Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet guests as they enter the facility
- Check for appropriate credentials and/or tickets
- Inspect campers and RVs as they enter the facility
- Sell and scan event tickets and camping passes, if applicable
- Provide exemplary customer service when providing information to guests
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Qualified applicants MUST have the ability to work the three below events:
- NASCAR Go Bowling at The Glen
- May 6-10, 2026 - Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen
- June 25-28, 2026 - Hillard U.S. Vintage Grand Prix (SVRA) - September 10-13, 2026
- Other event weekends as needed.
- Must act in a professional manner and present themselves as a member of WGI staff
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift 25 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle sales transactions on digital sales systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve
- Reliable transportation to and from the track locations
* This position requires employees to work outside. Applicants must be prepared for all weather conditions
* The compensation range for this position is:$16.00-$16.50/hr
