Location: New York
[solidcore] is seeking an energetic, part-time front desk and sales support specialist to join the Core Crew. You’ll greet clients by name, assist with class scheduling, and assist the Head Coach & Community Manager to deliver a warm, professional studio experience.
This role emphasizes guest service, retail knowledge, and timely communication. You’ll handle account setup, answer emails, promote studio offers, and help keep the studio clean and welcoming while contributing to monthly sales goals.
