Legends - - Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pastry production for stadium concessions, clubs, and premium areas, ensuring products meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards for all events;
Supervise pastry staff during game days and special events and ensure timely completion of production;
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards within the pastry department, including proper handling, storage, labeling, and compliance with HACCP and company SOPs;
Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training;
Adhere to Legends Global and venue policies
