A music artist based in New York City is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant. The role will keep daily operations running smoothly and support both the artist's personal and professional life.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in the music or entertainment industry.
Responsibilities- Book and manage all travel. Coordinate with a travel agent to keep every trip seamless.
- Serve as the artist's main point of contact across all communication channels.
- Manage the artist's schedule. This includes appointments, events, interviews, and performances.
- Handle household operations. This includes vendor relationships, repairs, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with the artist's manager and team on projects and initiatives.
- Build a professional relationship with the artist. Set clear boundaries while providing full support.
- Experience as an executive personal assistant. Music or entertainment industry experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license for occasional transportation needs.
- Strong organizational skills. You will manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to adapt fast. Schedules and priorities will change often.
- Available to start soon. Ready to handle busy periods and stay proactive during quiet ones.
- Willing to travel with the artist for shows and appearances.
Up to $100,000/year, DOE. Medical benefits stipend included.
