Dr. Tiffany Rice in New York, NY is looking for a polished and personable Front Desk Staff member to be the welcoming face of our practice. • Greet and check in clients, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations using practice management software
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
• Process patient intake forms, payments, and billing transactions accurately
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and reception area
• Assist with retail product sales and upselling aesthetic services and treatment packages

• 1+ years of front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience, preferably in a medical spa or aesthetic setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑first attitude
• Proficiency in scheduling software, EMR systems, or similar platforms
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury aesthetic brand
• Basic knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, or cosmetic procedures is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
