Location: New York
Fortune Live Media is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Production & Logistics to orchestrate end-to-end event operations for live, virtual, and hybrid experiences. You’ll manage timelines, run-of-show, travel blocks, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
In this role you’ll collaborate across teams, monitor budgets, assist with RFPs and contracts, and support post-event reconciliation and insights. Travel and flexible hours will be expected.
