Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby traffic, including checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling/canceling meetings;
Exceed client expectations by assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts;
Educate clients on technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge;
Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATMs while complying with policies
