Maintain a culture of compassion, caring, warmth and support while escorting patients to areas throughout the hospital conducting yourself in a courteous manner and responding to patients’ needs and inquiries politely and promptly.

The Transporter/Messenger is a multi-faceted patient/hospitality focused position, which performs tasks pertaining to the transportation of patients, patient supplies and messengering.

Go above and beyond for patients to deliver superior customer service and ensure their comfort and safety at all times.

Part Time position, working the night shift 11:30 pm to 7:30 am including shifts every weekend.

Salary Range: $24.61-$26.46/Hourly

New York-Presbyterian

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in the healthcare, hospitality, or retail industry
• Extensive customer service experience and a desire to Put Patients First
• Must be able to read, write and speak English clearly
