FIRST in New York, NY seeks an Associate Project Manager to support client and internal events across virtual, in-person and hybrid formats. You will manage the full event lifecycle from briefing to post-event reconciliation, coordinating venues, vendors, travel, and AV, with travel to sites as required.
You will bring 2-4+ years of event management experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to work with internal partners and clients.
