Since Entertainment is seeking an experienced Promoter Representative to oversee the execution of live events across North America. This role serves as Since Entertainment’s primary on-site representative, ensuring shows are executed safely, professionally, on budget, and in the best interests of the company, artists, venues, and partners.

Our calendar consists primarily of club and theatre shows, with occasional arena engagements and significant festival activity. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple venue sizes, managing competing priorities, and representing the promoter in high-pressure live event environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Since Entertainment as the primary promoter representative on assigned events.
  • Advance all operational aspects of assigned shows, including production, hospitality, ticketing, credentials, settlements, security, staffing, and venue coordination.
  • Coordinate directly with artist management, tour management, venue staff, production teams, and vendors throughout the advance process.
  • Review technical riders and coordinate production requirements while maintaining approved event budgets.
  • Source and negotiate local production vendors, labor, equipment rentals, transportation, and other event services as required.
  • Manage all day-of-show operations from load-in through settlement and load-out.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for artists, tour personnel, venues, and internal Since Entertainment staff during events.
  • Monitor event budgets and identify opportunities to control costs while maintaining production quality.
  • Complete or assist with post-show settlements and ensure all required event documentation is accurate and submitted promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with booking, ticketing, marketing, finance, and production teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Travel regularly throughout the assigned region and occasionally outside the region as business needs require.
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a promoter representative, production manager, event manager, or similar live entertainment role.
  • Experience managing events across multiple venue sizes, including clubs, theatres, and arenas.
  • Strong understanding of concert production, including audio, lighting, video, staging, and backline requirements.
  • Experience advancing touring concerts in multiple markets.
  • Ability to confidently communicate with artists, agents, managers, tour personnel, venue operators, vendors, and contractors.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and travel extensively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience completing or assisting with concert settlements.
  • Working knowledge of ticketing systems, ticket audits, scaling, capacities, and patron relocation procedures.
  • Festival and site operations experience.
  • Experience coordinating arena or large-scale special events.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or other event layout software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace.
What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys being in the field and takes ownership of every event. They are organized, proactive, solutions-oriented, and understand how to balance artist needs, venue relationships, operational logistics, and financial responsibility. They are equally comfortable running a 500-capacity club show, a theatre performance, an arena event, or supporting a major festival!

Benefits
  • Medical, dental, vision, & prescription insurance
  • Generous paid-time off including vacation, personal days, sick time, medical leave
  • 401K retirement saving plan contribution match
