The Role:

The Manager, Member Experiences & Programming is responsible for curating the creative direction and overall member event programming to enhance the club experience. This role leads theconceptualization, planning, and execution of dynamic, culturally relevant events and activations that align with the club’s identity and elevate member engagement. The ideal leader will bring a strong vision, creativity, and a deep understanding of delivering exceptional lifestyle experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Event Programming & Direction:
  • Develop and curate a compelling calendar of events and experiences that reflect the club’s brand, culture, and member interests.
  • Lead the creative ideation and development of signature, large-scale, and seasonal pinnacle events that set the club apart.
  • Conceptualize unique themes, activations, and partnerships that drive excitement, relevance, and value for members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life, ensuring execution meets the highest quality standards.
  • As required, conceptualized, plan, and execute pop-up experiences and off-site activations that extend the club’s brand and programming beyond the venue
Club Experience Enhancement:
  • Continuously innovate the member experience by curating a mix of cultural, entertainment, culinary, and social events that cater to a discerning membership base.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in hospitality, entertainment, and luxury to create experiences that are ahead of the curve.
  • Serve as the “voice” of the club experience, ensuring consistency in programming that supports member engagement and retention.
  • Oversee event execution from ideation through post-event analysis, ensuring seamless planning, delivery, and member satisfaction.
  • Develop and present pro-formas for events to ensure financial viability of events.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to handle all event logistics, including contracts, timelines, and staffing.
  • Lead event communication, working closely with the marketing team to ensure timely, creative, and effective promotion.
  • Partner closely with Membership, Operations, and Culinary teams to create cohesive, high-quality event experiences.
  • Engage with members to gather feedback and identify opportunities to enhance programming and the overall club environment.
  • Cultivate relationships with external collaborators, artists, talent, and vendors to elevate the club’s offerings
Qualifications + Skills
  • Proven experience in event programming, creative direction, or hospitality management, preferably in a luxury, private club, or lifestyle environment.
  • A deep understanding of hospitality trends, cultural programming, and member-driven experiences.
  • Exceptional creative vision and leadership skills with the ability to bring ideas from concept to execution.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience handling large-scale events and multiple timelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively across teams and engage with members.
  • Proficiency in event management software, budget creation, and operational planning tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on programming needs.
