Pacha New York is a large-scale music and nightlife venuelocated in Brooklyn, presenting global electronic artists, live performances,and cultural programming. As part of The Pacha Group’s international portfolio,the venue combines advanced production technology, hospitality services, and community-focused programming to create a leading destination for music and entertainment in New York City.

Pacha New York is looking for a Production Manager to leadthe end-to-end coordination of all production activities, from advancing and planning through to on-site execution.

Acting as the central operational link between artists,technical teams, and suppliers, this role ensures seamless delivery ofworld-class events through strong planning, stakeholder management, andhands-on leadership in a high-energy nightlife environment.

• Lead production advancing,managing technical and hospitality riders while coordinating directly withartists, agents, and internal teams
• Plan and oversee eventexecution, building production timelines and coordinating across lighting,video, audio, and logistics
• Manage logistics, includingtransport, equipment movement, and on-site operational flow
• Source, negotiate, andmanage external vendors, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Supervise on-site setup,rehearsals, and live event operations, leading production teams and crew

• Proven experience in eventproduction, live entertainment, or large-scale venue operations
• Experience with in nightlifeor high-volume venues, ideally in New York
• Strong understanding of technical riders across audio, lighting, and video
• Demonstrated experience managing vendors, budgets, and production timelines
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
• Familiarity with Vectorworks
• Flexibility to workevenings, weekends, and holidays

USD 185,000 – 195,000 per year(Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internalequity)
