We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, safely operate equipment, and ensure each vehicle receives high-quality care.

You will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations while creating a positive experience for every customer.

• Greet customers warmly and direct vehicles into the wash area
• Perform visual inspections before wash entry
• Safely drive vehicles into the car wash bay
• Operate car wash equipment and apply cleaning solutions properly
• Clean, dry, polish, and detail vehicles according to service packages
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of work areas
• Ensure tools, materials, and supplies are fully stocked
• Work efficiently while delivering high-quality results
• Communicate with team members and other departments as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and report needs to Supervisor
• Stay informed on new auto care practices and technologies
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with general facility upkeep

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous experience is a plus (not required)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting (per OSHA guidelines)
• Flexible schedule (including mornings, weekends, and holidays)
• Friendly, team-oriented, and customer-focused
• Ability to communicate in English
