Schedule:

Approximately two shifts per week starting immediately. As many as seven shifts per week starting in October. Nights and weekends required. Compensation: $20/hour (2.5-hour shifts guaranteed) Benefits:

This team plays a vital role in shaping the audience experience and ensuring smooth and safe operations throughout the productions in our historic West Village Off-Broadway venue.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
• Scan tickets and help patrons find their seats
• Manage lobby and restroom traffic
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive audience experience
• Monitor audience safety and comply with emergency procedures and FDNY regulations

All staff report to the House Manager and Operations Manager.
