The Assistant Talent Buyer at Beat Gig will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent Buyers across college, corporate, and venue segments of the business. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the live entertainment industry while contributing to the success of a fast-growing company. You ll assist in booking top-tier artists, managing transactions, and ensuring seamless communication between artists, managers, and buyers.

  Learn Beat Gig s services and value proposition to effectively support Talent Buyers and clients.

• Build a Pipeline
  :
  Research and develop a database of prospective clients, acquiring contact information for outreach.

• Engage Prospects
  :
  Conduct outreach to potential clients, addressing objections to secure bookings.

• Artist Booking
  :
  Check artist availability and assist in negotiating terms with artists, managers, and agents.

• Contract Management
  :
  Secure signed booking contracts and ensure accuracy in all transaction details.

• Account Completion
  :
  Assist in finalizing artist accounts and ensuring all required documentation is in place.
