Barclays Center is seeking an Usher/Ticket Taker to welcome guests and assist with entry, seating and directions. You will scan tickets, verify credentials and help guests locate seats in a fast-paced venue.
The role requires a friendly, proactive service mindset and the ability to stay composed during events. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, and possess at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in sports/entertainment settings.
