Event Planner

We’re seeking a highly organized, hands-on Event Planner to lead the planning and execution of large-scale, high-end events at unique venues and restaurants. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage every aspect of an event from concept to completion—ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all attendees.

• Plan and execute large, upscale events in distinctive venues (restaurants, destination locations, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and on-site execution
• Partner closely with team to ensure event alignment with brand and business goals
• Manage RSVP tracking, budgeting, and post-event reporting
• Ensure smooth, professional experiences for clients and guests at every event
• Travel to and manage on-site venue operations as needed
• Oversee conferences and conventions, including booth setup and hospitality coordination
• Take full ownership of all assigned events and contribute ideas for future event development

• Proven experience planning and executing large, high-end corporate or hospitality events
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
• Financial acumen and comfort managing event budgets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and “make things happen”

Willingness to travel for events and be on-site as needed
