Location: New York
Roc Nation in New York or Los Angeles is seeking a strategic Director of Merchandise to lead our product and merchandise division. You will own end-to-end operations across the artist roster—from demand forecasting and budgeting to product development, vendor management, and D2C ecommerce on Shopify.
This role requires a proven track record in music entertainment or streetwear merchandising, strong P&L management, and the ability to drive margins in a fast-paced touring environment.
