Fall Intern Broadway Crew , NY

Broadway Crew is a promotional staffing company that specializes in TKTS representation, ongoing street team activations, brand ambassadors for special events and popups, hotel concierge, and direct marketing collateral distribution. We work with Broadway & Off Broadway shows, major brands, startups, events, local attractions and exhibits, and everything in between. Some of the clients that we are work with ongoing are Maybe Happy Ending, Hamilton, Hadestown, The Lost Boys, Moulin Rouge, Heathers, Amaze, Carnegie Hall, Times Square Alliance, Avita Healthcare, Wonder, and so on.

While we have a large reach and work nationally, we are a small (but mighty) internal team located in Times Square that takes care of our clients from booking the gig to the final invoice. We are currently looking to add an intern to our office team to help us get through the rest of the year. This is a part time role that would require you to be in the office 10-15 hours a week.

As long as it makes sense for the business, we can be flexible with your schedule. This role will include writing reports, entering data, organizing the office, running errands, and prepping for upcoming shifts.

We want someone who shows up on time, works hard, and wants to be a part of a team. We need someone who is a great writer; someone who can put together reports quickly but also pays attention to the details. (To be clear, if you do not like to write, this is not the position for you.) At the end of the day, we all work very hard to keep this small business afloat and we want like minded inviduals who are fun to be around, have a great work ethic, and love theatre.

And you must also be able to lift at least 20 pounds.

We offer a $400 stipend per month to cover transit and meals. You will also get comped tickets to live theatre and other experiences, pending availability. You can apply this internship to course credit if you would like / are able to. This is a great oppurtunity to learn and grow in a small, fun, caring space alongside our incredible team.

Most importantly, you will always have a bathroom to use in Times Square!
