Joanne is seeking a curious, dependable Production Intern to help bring our live entertainment calendar to life. This on-site internship is a hands‑on opportunity to learn how restaurant service, performer coordination, and show‑night logistics come together in one of the Upper West Side's most distinctive hospitality settings.
What you'll do- Assist with event and performance preparation using clear checklists and timelines.
- Support performer arrival, backstage readiness, and show-night coordination as assigned.
- Help organize production materials and communicate updates with the restaurant team.
- Observe and contribute to a smooth guest experience during live programming.
- Interest in live events, hospitality, arts administration, or production.
- Strong organization, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a busy environment.
- Clear communication and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
- Availability for select evening or weekend programming as scheduled.
