Location: New York
Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. in New York invites applications for part-time Tour Guide roles at MSG Arena. You will lead daily public tours, memorize a lengthy script, and know the backstage and front-of-house areas to deliver a world-class experience for guests and groups.
The role requires strong public speaking, excellent memorization, and a customer-service mindset, with availability four days a week including weekends and holidays. L153 membership is noted as a requirement.
