, the Broadway production opening at the Shubert Theatre this Fall, is seeking candidates for a fellowship in Company and General Management.
The fellowship program is designed to immerse early-career or career-change seeking individuals in the world of commercial theatre; offering an intensive introduction to the day-to-day operations of a Broadway production.
The Fellow will have extensive networking opportunities across various areas of the production, attending regular advertising and producer meetings, as well as participating in company-wide meetings. This role also offers opportunities to engage with talent, creatives, producers, theatre staff, and multiple departments across the Broadway production. Primary Responsibilities:- Work closely with and support the Company Management and General Management team on daily operations
- Assist in facilitating press performances and opening night
- Manage house seat requests and industry ticket requests
- Maintain comprehensive digital show files
- Manage credit card reconciliations
- Other duties as assigned, based on the production's goals and the fellow's interest
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets) and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word)
- Positive and proactive, collaborative, detail oriented, and adaptable
- Genuine interest in company management as a career path
The position is full-time at 40 hours per week; $825 per week salary. Candidate must reside in New York State and be local to NYC; no housing or transportation will be provided.
