Client Service Specialist

We are currently looking for a candidate with prior customer service experience who will enjoy the support, camaraderie and satisfaction that comes from working with a family-oriented, professional company. Applicants should have well-developed computer skills, show a strong proficiency in verbal and written communication, be organized and very detail-oriented. A strong preference will be shown to any applicants who might have a history of working in secured transactions or researching public records.

• Perform searches using PACER and analyze federal court records to identify reportable cases, while ensuring accurate interpretation and reporting.
• Deliver high-quality, accurate results by reporting findings clearly and consistently while meeting accuracy, quality, and turnaround time requirements.
• Proactively resolve issues and improve processes by identifying discrepancies, collaborating with team members and partners, and recommending workflow enhancements.

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills to accurately interpret search results, identify discrepancies, and document findings clearly.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently by navigating PACER, meeting productivity standards (25.00+ LPH), and adhering to 24-hour turnaround times.
• Proficiency in following procedures and systems while maintaining compliance with state and Cogency-specific requirements and using internal tools for data entry and reporting.
