• Assist guests – Help players with game selection, tokens, and any arcade-related questions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot games – Keep the machines running, restock tickets, and handle minor repairs.
• Run the prize counter – Exchange tickets for awesome rewards and make sure guests leave happy.
• Keep the arcade clean and organized – Tidy up machines, floors, and counters to keep the space looking great.
• Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere – Engage with guests, celebrate their wins, and make sure they have a great time.
