MAKESTAR is a global K-POP entertainment platform connecting artists and fans around the world through exclusive albums, fan events, and unique fan experiences.

Key Responsibilities- Support on-site setup and preparation for K-POP fansign and fan engagement events
- Manage fan check-in, entry flow, and attendee identity verification
- Guide attendees throughout the event and help maintain an organized and positive fan experience
- Assist the MAKESTAR team with day-of event operations and coordination
- Communicate clearly and professionally with attendees, venue staff, and other event partners
- Provide general hospitality and operational support as needed
- Respond flexibly to real-time needs and help maintain smooth operations during the event
- Professional proficiency in English and Korean preferred
- Previous experience with concerts, fan events, pop-ups, conventions, or other offline event operations
- Experience in entertainment, events, hospitality, or related industries is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to take initiative with professionalism while following instructions and event protocols
- Event dates, locations, and working hours will be shared separately based on each event
- Work may include extended periods of standing and active movement throughout the venue
- Weekend and/or evening availability may be required depending on event schedules
