Measure Tech, Part-Time

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately
• Provide quality professional customer service meeting company standards and customer expectations
• Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships during daily interactions
• Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination
• Provide accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation
• Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps
• Demonstrate product and services knowledge when answering customer questions
• Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
• Collaborate with associates, supervisors, and managers on assigned work
• Use company-issued devices and report to the Assistant Market Manager

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma and/or GED knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through completion
• 1+ years of previous related work experience
• No previous leadership experience required
• Must continuously stand or walk, or regularly lift/handle/carry moderate-weight material or equipment (8–20 pounds)
• Travel between locations required
• Ability to work the stated schedule and follow company policies and procedures

Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to provide accurate measurements and product knowledge while maintaining effective communication with customers and team members. Capable of managing in-home measure appointments and supporting sales initiatives through relationship building and collaboration.
